Planned RAN events in Hobart Vietnam Veterans Day August 2011
The Tasmania Branch of the Vietnam Veterans Association of Australia will host a
special commemorative event highlighting the role of the Royal Australian Navy
during the Vietnam War as it pays tribute to all servicemen who fought and fell.
Vietnam Veterans Day 2011 will be Thursday 18 August 2011.

2010 Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the Vietnam Veterans and Veterans Federation was held at The Stephen King Memorial Centre, on Sunday 29th August, commencing at 1000hrs.
Attached is a copy of the Agenda, a Notice of Motion, the Auditors Report and the Financial Statements and Nominations for Committee Positions.

The Minutes of the 2009 AGM were accepted and the Notice of Motion on the increase of membership fees was passed unamiousily.
Nominations for Committee position did not require a ballot, as the required number were nominated and seconded, and duly elected.
